IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL FIRST TIME HOUSE LEAGUE PLAYERS
Hockey Canada has mandated that every player must have at least one parent/guardian complete the Respect In Sport - Parent online program prior to the start of the upcoming season or they will become ineligible to participate in league play.
Respect in Sport – Parent Program is a short online program that we hope assists in the prevention of bullying, abuse, harassment, and discrimination. The program’s mission is to empower participants to recognize signs of inappropriate behavior and eliminate it from the game, through a culture of respect.
No Player in the CVHA will be eligible for any on ice or off ice activity until the parent has completed the on line course and the CVHA has received confirmation of parent course completion.
If you are registering additional players in you family you do not need to retake the course. You do however have to log back into Respect Program and add the new player(s) to your profile.
