To start the Registration process you need:

1. Access to a computer.
2. A valid email address.
3. Player's Birth Registration number (this can be found on the bottom right corner of Birth Certificate) or a Passport number.
4. Address information including postal code.
5. A valid Visa, MasterCard or Money Order.

All correspondence and acceptance will be through email. If you do not have access to a computer, you can visit the local library and set up an email address at no charge. 

Step 1 - Create Username & Password

Click where indicated if you are a first time user to enter your profile information, which is needed to create a Username & Password. The parent/family information will be used for billing, emailing and future correspondence.

You will receive a confirming email that will provide you with your Username & Password. The Username & Password is needed for you to register your player for the upcoming hockey season.

Step 2 - Login

Login to the CVHA web site Registration Section using your Username & Password.

Step 3 - Register for Regular Season

Here is where you will start to register a player. Under Terms of Acceptance Fees, refund policy, balancing policy and other important League information must be acknowledged before you can move on.

Step 4 - Add Player - Choose League

Here is where you will choose the league and division that the player will be playing in. Your choices will be House league East, House league West or Vaughan Rangers Rep Program.

Please note that depending on registration some divisions may be combined between east and west. Every attempt is made to balance practices and games between east and west arena locations.

Step 5 - Add Player

Type in player information.  You will be asked for player's Birth Registration number (this can be found on the lower right corner of your child's Birth Certificate) or Passport Number. 

Once your player information is submitted you may choose to either Add Another Player or Complete Registration.

Step 6 - Payment Information

You will be prompted to choose a method of payment. Your choices will be Visa, MasterCard or Money Order. When payment is completed you can print a receipt for your records. You will also receive an email acknowledgment of your payment.

Step 7- Acceptance into the Program

Once registration and payment in full is completed all players are placed on a Wait List. Your child is not fully accepted into the program until you are notified with a "Congratulations, you have been Accepted into the Program" email . You may not receive this e-mail until a few weeks before the program starts.

Step 8 - House League - Tyke to Juvenile (Players born 2002-1989)

You will be contacted directly by Divisional Convenor or Team Coach with information regarding season start date. League play will start mid September with assessment skates and exhibition games. Team formation and balancing will commence at this time. Balancing is the method used by the CVHA to ensure equally competitive teams within a division. The CVHA reserves the right to move players until this balance is achieved. Step 8 - House League - Mites Initiation Program (Players born 2003)

 There are no assessment skates in this program however team balancing may take place. See "Terms of Acceptance - Team Balancing -House League".

Please note the CVHA Office will not have access to team, division or arena schedules. These will be communicated to you in September by the coaches and convenors in each division.
