The registration information provided by the registering party through this website is accepted as true and accurate and may be required by any of Hockey Canada, the Ontario Hockey Federation (OHF) the Greater Toronto Hockey League (GTHL) or the City of Vaughan Hockey Association (CVHA) and their respective executives, employees and volunteers, for the purpose of administering rules and regulations, facilitating hockey programs or providing notices or information about events, activities or matters of importance to the participants in the CVHA. By registering with the CVHA, participants and their families agree to be bound by all such rules and regulations and any decisions rendered there-under. The CVHA will treat all personal information with the utmost respect and will, in the use of such information, subject to any overriding legal obligations, adhere to all federal and provincial legislative privacy requirements as may be applicable to minor hockey associations.
