All fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Late or defaulted payments, not approved by the CVHA Executive, will result in the cancellation of ALL playing Privileges for the registered player.
Vaughan residents will be given priority status when registering for House League.

Mites Registration fee included - 2 practices per week until December then 1 scrimmage and 1 practice per week starting January.
Tykes – Minor Midget Registration fee Included - 1 game and 1 practice per week.
Midget and Juvenile Registration fee Included - 1 game per week in a longer season with no scheduled practices. Game lengths are longer than other divisions and only senior referees are used. The cost to the CVHA of running the Midget and Juvenile programs is equivalent to the cost of the programs offered in the lower divisions.

You may pay by credit card online, Visa and Mastercard are Accepted.
If you Select Money Order please ensure your money order (or certified cheque) for the full amount is received by the CVHA Office within 10 business days. Note: registration rates quoted above will be held for 10 business days only. After 10 days if payment is not received the system automatically adjusts the rate to the current rate of that day.
Wait List
Players registered on or before July 13, 2011 will be guaranteed a spot* and those registered after July 13, 2011 will be automatically wait listed until spots become available.
*does not apply to Goalies, Juveniles or divisions that have to be cancelled due to low registration

Family Discounts
You will automatically receive a $200.00 discount from the applicable rate at time of registration for each child from the same family registered after the first two children have been registered.
Do not register a player who is NOT from your immediate family in order to obtain the family discount. The player will lose their spot and have to re-register and will be required to pay all associated costs prior to acceptance.
PLAYERS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR ACCEPTANCE INTO THE PROGRAM UNTIL ALL FEES ARE PAID IN FULL
Refunds (IMPORTANT)
Refunds will ONLY be given if requested in writing to the CVHA Office not later than October 12th, 2011.
Refunds for Midgets and Juveniles will ONLY be given if requested in writing to the CVHA Office not later than November 11th, 2011.
The following administration fees will be deducted from the original registration fee:
• $50.00 will be deducted from ALL refunds.
• $10.00 will also be deducted for credit card registrants.
If a player sustains an injury or illness and is unable to finish the season after October 12th, 2011, partial refunds may be granted. In these cases the $50.00 administration fee and $50.00 jersey and sock fee will be deducted from the full amount first. The refund will be based on the number of weeks to the end of the regular season from the date of written request is received in the CVHA Office. (Please Note: Refunds take a minimum of 4-6 weeks)
